Step 3: After finish analyzing your DVD, a breakdown of the movie will be displayed on your screen. To reduce the size of the DVD, you can exclude some audio tracks that you don't need from the backup copy that you are to create. Click Backup when you've finished.
Step 4: Under select backup target:

If you are to burn the movie to a new DVD, choose ISO Image File.

If you only want to save the movie as a backup in your hard disk, choose Hard Disk Folder.
Then, select the location of the image file you are to save. This will be the location of the image files that are to be created on your hard disk. Click OK and wait for free DVD Shrink to encode your DVD and create an ISO file from it.
